The WireStacker 3150 is a high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system is available with 2.5 m (8.20 ft), 5 m (16.4 ft), 7.5 m (24.6 ft), or 10 m (32.8 ft) in length. Built in, synchronized driven transport belts allow stacking cables carefully and safely without wire jam even for very flabby wires.

Application Range 

The WireStacker 3150 is a high-performance wire stacker for the precise, axial stacking of cables. The system is available with 2.5 m (8.20 ft), 5 m (16.4 ft) 7.5 m (24.6 ft) or 10 m (32.8 ft) in length. Built in, synchronized driven transport belts allow stacking cables carefully and safely without wire jam, even for very flabby wires. The integrated batch tray allows an independent working of the operator so he can take additional operations simultaneously to the production process. The WireStacker 3150 excels with exceptional performance and flexibility making it an important element within an efficient and precise cable processing line.
