Techcon Systems Conditioning Cream is primarily used in the

maintenance of rotary auger valves, especially in solder paste

applications, although it can be used in other valve types.

Solder paste clogging is minimized within the feed paths as the

Conditioning Cream provides a lubricating effect within the

valve, connections and tubing.

Conditioning Cream should be used before start-up of any new

equipment or after installation of new feed tubes or connectors.

At equipment shutdown, Conditioning Cream should be used to

purge through older fluid if the equipment will not be used for 2

hours or longer. Conditioning Cream should be dispensed

through the equipment until only the blue Conditioning Cream is

seen, at the fluid outlet. Upon equipment restart the fluid should

be dispensed through until only the application fluid is seen at

the equipment outlet.
